VOITH PAPER, SAICA SAICA South African Institute of Chartered Accountants  SET NEW SPEED RECORD. Saica, Zaragoza, Spain reached a new world speed record on PM 9, a Voith Paper machine. The machine, which started up in October 2000, remains the fastest and most efficient packaging paper machine for corrugating medium at 75 gsm basis weight. The machine had set production and speed records in September 2004, February 2005, and September 2005. On January 27, 2006, an average speed of 1494 m/min was run for 24 hours Adv. 1. for 24 hours - without stopping; "she worked around the clock"
