Vogel paint joins Coatings Research Group.

Coatings Research Group, Inc. (CRGI), an association of paint and coatings manufacturers dedicated to shared research and development, has named Vogel Paint, Inc., manufacturer of architectural, industrial and heavy duty protective coatings, as its newest member. The addition of Vogel Paint brings CRGI's total membership to 31 companies.

"CRGI is built on the foundation of member involvement, and Vogel Paint will help us build on that foundation," said Jackie Savoca, executive director, CRGI. "Acquiring new, high quality members for CRGI is an important part of our strategy because it keeps the exchange of technology and business information healthy and alive."

The value of CRGI membership accrues from a mutual exchange of information about products, raw materials, manufacturing procedures and store and factory operations, according to the association.
