The international ballet star Vladimir Malakhov is the subject of a stunning new book of photographs by Nina Alovert (see Dancescape, page 125). A blend of performance shots and portraits, the book traces Malakhov's triumphs at Moscow Classical Ballet, American Ballet Theatre American Ballet Theatre, one of the foremost international dance companies of the 20th cent.
