Universal announces that it is extending the approval deadline in connection with its pending proposal to amend its ADR ADR - Astra Digital Radio deposit agreement from March 6, 2006 to April 27, 2006 and that it will be making an early consent payment of $0.10 per American Depositary Share American Depositary Share (ADS) Foreign stock issued in the US and registered in the ADR system.
