Vita 46 and 48 commitments.
Radstone announced its new strategic roadmap which includes the
company's commitment to supporting the new Vita 46 and Vita 48
standards in parallel with the development of new VMEbus products. The
company also voiced its pledge to continue developing future generations
of Freescale PowerPC processor-based products and those based on
integrated bridge processor architectures, such as the MPC 8641.
Improved thermal management characteristics, access to high-speed I/O
and serial switched fabrics, retention of existing 3U and 6U form
factors were included in the support promised by the company. (Radstone)
