High-tech decision service provider extends Web-based initiatives

Atlanta-based Visionary Systems, a provider of automated credit and marketing decision services, announced the addition of Diana Fetta to its senior management team as vice president of Internet Strategies.

In her new position, Fetta is responsible for strategy, product and business development initiatives for Visionary Systems' Internet service offerings.

Fetta is the former Assistant Commissioner of Technology for the Georgia Department of Revenue. In this position, she led an agency-wide modernization project, which included implementing Internet-based tax applications to replace mainframe legacy systems. The systems vaulted Georgia from 48th to first in the nation for filing returns electronically and electronic access to government for 1999.

She has also held senior management positions in the sales and development organizations of Transarc Corporation, The System Works, Inc. and Alltel Information Services.

She is a 1985 graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BS in engineering and holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
