Notes:
This amount is calculated by subtracting the following items from gross sales: merchandise returned for credit, allowances for damaged or missing goods, freight

Net sales for the fourth quarter were $702,000 compared to $1,086,000 for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2000. The Company reported a net loss of $(924,000) or $(.08) per share in the fourth quarter, which included one time charges related to restructuring of approximately $(503,000), compared to a net loss of $(354,000) or $(.05) per share for the same period a year ago.
