"We are pleased that these three gentlemen of extraordinary experience have chosen to serve on the Viseon Board of Directors. Their years of experience in multiple industries will significantly benefit Viseon as we continue our rapid growth," said John Harris, Viseon CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Brian R. Day, 38, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Octave Communications, Inc. since 1999. Octave, based in Nashua, New Hampshire Nashua is a city in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA. As of the 2000 census, Nashua had a total population of 86,605[1], making it the second largest city in the state after Manchester. As of 2005, the population is estimated to be 87,986.  is a leading developer of multi-point control units for use in audio, data and web conferencing over both circuit switched and IP networks. Mr. Day previously served as CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of Span Instruments, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's sale to Millipore Corp.

W.R. Howell, 65, is Chairman Emeritus of J.C.Penney where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1983 to 1997. Mr. Howell serves on the Board's of Directors of American Electric Power American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) is a major investor-owner electric utility in various parts of the United States. It is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. It serves parts of 11 states, and is currently the largest electricity generating utility in the United States. , ExxonMobil, Halliburton, Pfizer and Williams Companies. Mr. Howell is also on the Board of Directors of Bankers Trust New York Corp. and Bankers Trust Company, wholly owned subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank.

Charles A. Rey, 54, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Heartland Direct Group, a direct marketing company, since 1975. Mr. Rey is also Chairman of the Board of POPS Direct.com, Inc. a profitable business to consumer internet marketing company.

All three directors have agreed to serve for a term of three years. Viseon also announced that Byron G. Shaffer had resigned from the Board. "We appreciate all that Byron has done for Viseon in his two terms on the Board of Directors and know that he will keenly watch our success as one of the company's largest shareholders," stated Harris.
