Assets: $464 million The campaign goal was to capitalize on the Visa's Millions and More ScoreCard campaign and encourage bank employees to cross-sell the institution's Visa credit cards to all new and existing customers. An internal airline-theme campaign was created to humorously announce, remind and reward employees both individually and by office. Employees' photos were used in the internal flier and weekly e-mails and themed gifts were sent to all employees as well.
