Visa International, the leader in the global payments industry, and Concur Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:CNQR), a leading provider of business-to-business e-commerce solutions, today announced a marketing alliance to develop and implement payment-related products and services for the business-to-business (B2B (Business to Business) Refers to one business communicating with or selling to another. Under the terms of the agreement, Concur's workplace e-commerce solutions will be seamlessly integrated with Visa's commercial card products-- Visa Business, Visa Purchasing and Visa Corporate. These Visa products, respectively, focus on: the payment needs of small business; the procurement needs of medium-to-large firms; and the T&E expenses of medium-to-large firms.

 in full Extensible Markup Language.
