:VADC) announced today that in December 1999, the Company had completed a merger designed to better position the company to expand its share of the Distance Learning Market and has unveiled a new company name and stock symbol to better represent the business of the Company to the investment community.

In December 1999, the Company consummated the purchase of shares of Donnebrooke Corporation (OTCBB:DONB) pursuant to a Purchase Agreement by and among Donnebrooke, Halter Capital Corporation, International Education Group, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
