A Carmel, Ind., company is producing a quick deployment, wireless surveillance package that is designed for police departments and security firms. The compact, battery-operated Quick Talk vS relies on an integrated radio transmitter A device that generates signals. Contrast with receiver.  with a voice storage capability and a magnetometer that can detect vehicles within a 24-foot zone.
