New Partnership Offers Outsourced Regulatory Compliance and

E-Commerce Links to Over 4,500 Building Supply Retailers

Virtual Compliance, Inc. the leading provider of outsourced regulatory compliance "Digital Expert(TM)" solutions for business will supply the Builder Marts of America, Inc. (BMA BMA British Medical Association. (R)), network of 4,500 dealers with access to its suite of regulatory compliance services, which will vastly simplify the complex task of managing regulatory compliance for BMA's building supply retailers.

The agreement, which makes Virtual Compliance a BMA Preferred Service Provider, will provide BMA's dealers with online access to VREGS(TM), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS MSDS Material Safety Data Sheets, see there ) services and the powerful Digital Expert solutions. The BMA Preferred Provider program offers a variety of marketing services and financial, equipment and incentive programs to its dealer network.
