ViroPharma Incorporated (Nasdaq: VPHM) today announced that its New Drug Application (NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) An agreement signed between two parties that have to disclose confidential information to each other in order to do business. In general, the NDA states why the information is being divulged and stipulates that it cannot be used for any ) for Picovir(TM) (pleconaril) has been filed (accepted for review) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

ViroPharma submitted its NDA on July 31, 2001 for Picovir(TM) for clearance to market the product candidate for the treatment of viral respiratory infection (VRI VRI Vacation Register International
