Under the terms of the agreement, Viquity and webMethods will join forces to deliver RosettaNet-based e-commerce solutions to buyers and suppliers integrating with the Viquity Dynamic Commerce Network(TM) (DCN). In addition, the two companies will pursue joint sales and marketing opportunities with both new and existing clients in the high-tech industry.

Through the partnership with webMethods, Viquity will offer its customers the ability to use webMethods B2B(TM) for RosettaNet to connect their back-end ERP systems with the Viquity DCN, an eBusiness platform and intelligent hub for direct procurement transactions. Viquity has developed a RosettaNet solution that connects to webMethods B2B for RosettaNet and enables its clients to route mission-critical business documents such as purchase orders and order confirmations using the RosettaNet Partner Interface Processes (PIPs).
