:VPER VPER Vice President for External Relations ), a leading innovator in voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) products and services, today announced that Elex Computer SA, its Distribution partner located in Girona, Spain, has received a 5,000 piece product order from its newest sub-distributor Fly IP International SA.

One thousand of the units represented in a Purchase Order issued by Elex Computer to Viper yesterday will go towards partially fulfilling the order. Elex Computer SA plans to issue Purchase Orders to complete the balance of 4,000 units over the next 2 months.

Fly IP International will market Viper Networks products and services in Ukraina, Russia, Moldavia, and Kazachstan. Fly IP International SA Principal, Mr. Eric Zabaltony, is credited with starting one of the largest ISPs (Internet Service Provider Internet service provider (ISP)
