Violet Brown: Wherehouse Records and Transworld Entertainment.


Violet violet, common name for some members of the Violaceae, a family of chiefly perennial herbs (and sometimes shrubs, small trees, or climbers) found on all continents.  Brown is the director of urban music for Wherehouse

The Wherehouse, officially titled A. Wherehouse, is a warehouse located at 55 Pond Street in Waltham, Massachusetts.
 Music and Transworld Transworld may refer to:

 Entertainment. She serves as the buyer of urban music for over 1200 stores nationwide. She has been involved in the music industry for more than 26 years, when she started as a DJ.

Major recording industry executives often send new singles from established artists and independent artists to Brown before release to get her seal of approval or just to find out if she believes the music will sell. Brown played a role in the current success of rap music rap music or hip-hop, genre originating in the mid-1970s among black and Hispanic performers in New York City, at first associated with an athletic style of dancing, known as breakdancing. , one of the fastest growing segments of the music industry
