This wonderfully simple text echoes with the heartfelt resonance of van Gogh's voice. Quotes from letters written to his brother, the art dealer, Theo, are placed in tandem Adv. 1. in tandem - one behind the other; "ride tandem on a bicycle built for two"; "riding horses down the path in tandem"
