Village life getting busier as Weiss inks four leases.

Jaime Weiss, managing member of Colonial Village Associates, LLC and president of Weiss Realty, the center's leasing and managing agent, has announced the signing of four new medical office leases at the Colonial Village Professional Office Park and Shopping Center located on the corner of Lincoln Highway/Route 27 and Parsonage Road in Edison, NJ.

The signing of these leases brings the occupancy rate of the center over 94%. The new tenants join a distinguished list of medical, professional and retail tenants including Starbucks, Loucas Italian seafood restaurant, highly rated by Zagats, and Bernstein's Fine Women's Fashions. The new tenants include Dr. Fleisch and Dr. Patel OB/GYN, Skin by Nicole, Rainbow Pediatrics and Colonial Village Medical Associates. In addition, there are leases pending for two other office tenants.

Colonial Village offers 70,000 s/f of space consisting of 20,000 s/f of retail and 50,000 s/f of offices situated in five buildings on six attractively landscaped acres. Its ideal location is at the crossroads of central New Jersey, easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway at Exit 131, the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1 and 9. The Metro Park train station is less than a 1/2 mile from the site and John F. Kennedy Medical Center is within walking distance.
