Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , announced today that Mr. Russell H. Scoville has resigned from the Board of Directors of Viking Resources International, Inc.

Mr. Patterson stated, "We wish Mr. Scoville well in his future endeavors and would like to thank him for his hard work and dedication over the past several months."
