Viking Components Ships Memory Upgrades For Apple's New Dual-Processor Power Mac G4 and iMAC Line.

SDRAM chips eliminated wait states by dividing the chip into two cell blocks and interleaving data between them.  memory upgrade solutions in capacities ranging from 64 MB to 512 MB, enabling a maximum memory capacity of 1.5 GB in the dual-processor Power Mac G4s, and 1 GB maximum memory capacity in the new iMacs. As a registered Apple Developer, all Viking memory upgrades are guaranteed to be 100 percent compatible with Apple's system hardware and software, and ship with a lifetime warranty and free 24/7 support. The new Power Mac G4 line features two models that are the first mainstream personal computers to come standard with dual processors. The 450 MHz and 500 MHz Power Mac G4s each contain dual PowerPC G4 processors with Velocity Engine(TM), delivering up to 7 billion calculations per second (each processor has a sustained performance of more than 3 billion calculations per second). The Power Mac line comes standard with Gigabit Ethernet, an industry first. And all three G4 models feature 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet built-in on the motherboard.
