(Nasdaq:VIGN) today announced a new version of the Vignette(R) V6 Multisite Content Manager (VMCM), its comprehensive content management application designed to quickly deploy, manage and integrate Web initiatives throughout the enterprise, including enterprise portals for employees, partners and customers, corporate Web sites, and e-commerce applications.

The new version of VMCM incorporates built-in analysis and reporting capabilities that enable enterprises to more effectively target content to specific site or portal user groups. Companies can now leverage predefined reports that show how Web site and portal visitors are using content. VMCM remains flexible and adapts to changing requirements and information so that content is consistently fresh, effective and relevant to the user.
