Title Family Caregiver Security Act of 2005

Summary: Amends the Social Security Act to provide for the use of qualified family caregivers as home health aides under the Medicare program. Declares that nothing in the act shall be construed as authorizing exclusion of coverage of skilled nursing services for persons age 75 or older solely on the basis of the person's refusal of physical rehab services, regardless of whether those rehabilitation services are part of the individual's plan of care.

Summary: Revises and reauthorizes workforce investment systems with respect to state and local planning, including job training programs in worker shortage occupations. Summary: Amends the Internal Revenue Code The Internal Revenue Code is the body of law that codifies all federal tax laws, including income, estate, gift, excise, alcohol, tobacco, and employment taxes. These laws constitute title 26 of the U.S. Code (26 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq.  to allow individuals a tax deduction from gross income for health insurance premiums and unreimbursed prescription drug expenses paid for the benefit of the taxpayer, the taxpayer's spouse and dependents.
