 Inc. announced the hiring of Dan Kletzky to the newly created position of executive vice president of business development. He will report directly to Vincent Bitetti, the company's chief executive officer.

Previous to joining TDK Mediactive, Kletzky founded Entertainment Licensing Associates in 1991, an independent licensing agency and production company.
