Video Deal: Miramax Films founders Harvey Harvey, city (1990 pop. 29,771), Cook co., NE Ill., a suburb S of Chicago; inc. 1895. Its manufactures include steel castings, metal products, chemicals, machinery, and electronic equipment. Harvey has an oil research center. The city was founded by Turlington W.  and Bob Weinstein will distribute home videos for Cablevision Systems Corp.'s Rainbow Media Holdings. The Weinsteins will replace Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. as home video distributor of Rainbow's IFC (Internet Foundation Classes) A class library from Netscape that provides an application framework and graphical user interface (GUI) routines for Java programmers.
