Video Vault Complete is the Must Have Software at This Year's Showstoppers; New All-in-One Software Allows Owners of The iPod, PSP, smart phones and Other Devices Easy Transfer of Their Videos And DVDs.

LAS VEGAS -- Premiering today at CES Showstoppers, for everyone who owns the Apple video iPod, the Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable) See PlayStation. (TM), PVPs, PDAs, smartphones and media centers, is Video Vault(TM) Complete, created by Diversified Multimedia (www.divmm.com). This is the first all-in-one software that supports the iPod, PSP and other devices and allows users to transfer and manage their home videos, DVDs and tapes without purchasing multiple programs or using multiple conversions.

In the last six months, two of the hottest products in the consumer electronics market have been the video iPod and the Sony PSP, and like other personal electronics, personalizing their content has become a key goal for their users. It is clear that people who own both devices are looking for a simple way to transfer DVDs, VCDs, SVCDs, tapes or files to them, without having to do multiple conversions or buy separate software for each device. Diversified Multimedia's Video Vault Complete solves this issue by allowing users to convert virtually any video content into a format that can then be quickly transferred to either of these devices without any further conversion or consideration.

"As an owner of both the video iPod and the Sony PSP, the last thing I want is to convert the same video file twice and then using two separate programs to transfer the video to the respective devices," said Todd Porter, Diversified Multimedia's founder and president. "Video Vault Complete solves this problem in a simple-to-use interface that lets users convert their DVDs/videos and transfer them directly to the video iPod or Sony PSP, without having to launch iTunes for the iPod or a separate PSP transfer program for the PSP."

Video Vault users simply connect their video iPod or Sony PSP to their PC and Video Vault will do the rest. It even allows them to delete, move and organize movies from their devices within the Video Vault interface.

"Our whole product line is devoted to helping consumers make the most out of today's portable and mobile lifestyle," said Mr. Porter. In the fall, Diversified Multimedia introduced Video Vault for the Sony PSP and Video Vault for the Apple Video iPod, similar applications specifically designed for each best-selling portable entertainment device.
