Vickers Acquires Hydrokraft GmbH.MAUMEE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1998-- Aeroquip-Vickers, Inc. announced today that its Vickers, Incorporated subsidiary has completed the purchase of Hydrokraft GmbH, an indirectly 100%-owned subsidiary of IWKA IWKA Industrie Werke Karlsruhe (German industrial company) AG of Karlsruhe, Germany. Hydrokraft is located in Goeppingen, Germany (near Stuttgart). A purchase agreement was announced by Aeroquip-Vickers on February 13, 1998.
