Viasystems Group Inc. Acquires PAGG Corporation.


ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1999--

Viasystems Group, Inc., one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of printed circuit boards and backplane assemblies, announced today that it has acquired PAGG PAGG Process Aggregates  Corporation of Milford, Massachusetts Milford is a town in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 26,799 at the 2000 census.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Viasystems was formed in 1996 by Hicks Hicks   , Edward 1780-1849.
