Viasystems Announces Lead Free HASL Capability.


ST. LOUIS -- Viasystems, Inc., a global provider of printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical components and assemblies, announced today that it has added lead free HASL (language) HASL - SASL plus conditional unification.
