Viant Partners with BlueTape to Create sputnik7.com First in a New Generation of Internet Music Web Sites.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 2, 1999--Viant Corporation, leader among the new wave of Internet consulting firms, today announced a strategic partnership with BlueTape, an interactive music entertainment company that is developing "sputnik Sputnik: see satellite, artificial; space exploration.

BlueTape and Viant created both the business capability and the sputnik7.com Web site in a unique "incubator" environment. This allowed BlueTape to take maximum advantage of Viant's integrated business strategy consulting, technical capabilities and creative design expertise.

As part of the business incubation, BlueTape physically moved into Viant's New York New York, state, United States
