Vialog Forms New Enterprise Group to Execute Internet Conferencing Strategy; Industry Visionaries John Rourke, Tom Saleh Named to Lead Group.

Vialog Corporation (Nasdaq:VLOG), a leading provider of teleconferencing services, announced today the formation of its New Enterprise Group, as well as the appointments of John Rourke and Tom Saleh as Group Directors.

Vialog's New Enterprise Group will drive the Company's vision of leveraging its core conferencing technology to take advantage of the enormous opportunities presented by the Internet. Recently, Vialog launched an Internet family of services designed to provide the latest in conferencing technology to its customer base of more than 6,000 companies. For example, Vialog hosts more than 1,000 investor relations calls each quarter, making it one of the largest providers of this critical communications service. The Company's Internet-based audio streaming service enables these conferences to be broadcast over the Internet on a live or delayed basis. Further, these and other company communications can be augmented with Vialog's web-based presentation services, which provide concurrent interactive desktop presentations to an unlimited audience online.

Tom Saleh, the second Director of the New Enterprise Group, is the founder of NetWork 2, a network service provider. Saleh brings to the team over 30 years of cutting edge information technology expertise in several entrepreneurial start-up ventures. Saleh founded several start-up ventures including: Applied Logic, an early provider of virtual private networks services, which was acquired by Raytheon Corporation in 1980; American Real Time Services (ARTS), a pioneering technology integrator focused on the financial industry, which was acquired by Reuters in 1993; and NetWork2, which has grown to $32 million in revenues since 1995.
