ViaVid Broadcasting, Inc. (OTCBB:VVDB) today announced that it has created an advisory board to assist in the development of its motorsports program.

ViaVid Broadcasting is very pleased to welcome to this advisory board the following individuals who have been selected for their professional expertise in motorsport.

Gerald Forsythe, Chairman & CEO of the Indeck Group of Companies. The Indeck Group of Companies are among the world's premier privately-held energy companies. The group are industry leaders in the design, construction, and operation of state-of-the-art power facilities and a leading owner and operator of co-generation and independent power plants, including a facility at Enfield, Middlesex, England.

With a leading role in both the CART FedEx Championship Series and the FIA Formula One World Championship, Gerald Forsythe is one of the most influential entrepreneurs in world-wide open-wheel racing. He is an owner of two CART FedEx Championship racing teams, Player's / Forsythe Racing and the Forsythe Championship Racing Team, and is also a director and an owner of the British American Racing Formula One Team. He is also a member of Championship Auto Racing Teams Inc. (CART) Board of Directors.

Ron Dickson, President of Forsythe Racing Inc. Ron Dickson is a former world-class Touring car driver and the creator of Australia's Gold Coast Indy Car Grand Prix. A native of Sydney, Australia, Mr. Dickson is best known in the CART community for his work in organizing the first CART race outside of North America. He designed the Surfer's Paradise street circuit and served as Operations and Race Director of the Gold Coast Indy Car Grand Prix from its inaugural year in 1991 through 1994. In recent years he has continued his involvement with the race as a consultant overseeing the construction and maintenance of the circuit. Mr. Dickson's primary focus at Forsythe is the ongoing development of the Champ Car programs and the construction of race circuits around the world including projects in Mexico and England.

Paul Page, ABC / ESPN Sports, dubbed by his peers as "The Voice of Indy Car Racing," holds indisputable credentials as a motor racing expert. USA Today calls Paul "Mr. Motor Racing". Since 1974, Paul has been a network television and radio sports host and anchor. He joined NBC in 1978 as a host on the network's "SportsWorld" show. There he covered all facets of sport, from play by play of the NFL, to auto racing.

In 1987 he left NBC to become the lead announcer in ABC's motor racing efforts as the network began to emphasize racing. In this capacity, he hosts all of ABC's motor sports including their "EMMY" Award winning coverage of the "Indianapolis 500".

In the cable television world he is equally well known. He hosts all of ESPN's Indy Car coverage. He is the host/producer of "Paul Page's IndyCar World" on Prime Network. He also hosts the "Countdown to Indy," a national syndication by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and he serves as a co-host on Nashville Network's "American Sports Cavalcade".

Mr. Page has a shelf of Associated Press and Indianapolis Press Club journalism awards that point to his days in the late 60's and early 70's as a hard news reporter. For eight straight years he won the American Auto Racing Writers and Broadcasters awards for both radio and TV. As a producer he has won two first place "Iris" awards from NAPTE. His work has been part of ABC's "EMMY" win and ESPN's and Nashville Net's "ACE" awards.
