AUSTIN, Texas -- Animal cloning leader ViaGen, Inc. of Austin, TX and performance horse marketing experts Encore Genetics, Ltd. joined forces earlier this year to produce the first commercially cloned horses in the United States. Clones of six high-profile performance horses are currently being produced and because of the success of the 2005 season, Encore will expand its services in 2006.
