The victim appears to be white or Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 151 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Her teeth were decayed; a dental chart is available for comparison purposes. Officials believe that she had been dead approximately 2 hours.

A plastic bag had been placed over the victim's head and secured with duct tape around her neck. In addition, her hands had been severed from the body and have not been found. Alert to Law Enforcement Agencies A law enforcement agency (LEA) is a term used to describe any agency which enforces the law. This may be a local or state police, federal agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  

The Prairie View Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is a department of the government of the state of Texas. The DPS is responsible for statewide law enforcement and vehicle regulation. The department is headed by the three member Public Safety Commission. , and FBI Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Unit request assistance in identifying the victim to determine when and where she disappeared and fell victim to this crime. The unique circumstances of her demise indicate the offender may have committed this type of crime in the past. Law enforcement agencies should bring this information to the attention of all homicide, cold case, missing persons, and crime analysis units.
