VhaYu Names Andy Williams Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations; Experienced Senior Executive Joins Firm to Build and Manage Organization to Handle High Growth Rate in Customers.

LOS GATOS, Calif. -- VhaYu Technologies Corp. today announced the appointment of Andy Williams as vice president, worldwide field operations, a newly created position. Reporting to Jeff Hudson, VhaYu's CEO, Mr. Williams will be responsible for VhaYu's customer-facing activities as the company continues to aggressively expand its worldwide customer base.

Mr. Williams has 20 years' experience in bringing systems technology and applications software solutions to the financial marketplace. Prior to joining VhaYu, he served as managing director at SunGard Business Integration, delivering post-trade and SWIFT solutions. He joined SunGard (NYSE:SG) from NYFIX, Inc. (NASDAQ:NYFX), a provider of electronic trading solutions to the domestic and international financial markets, where he held the position of senior vice president, global sales. Prior to NYFIX, he was senior vice president, global sales at Javelin Technologies. His background includes management positions at IBM Corporation, Payments Technology Company, Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ:EPAY) and GForce Systems. Mr. Williams holds a B.A. in economics from Bucknell University.
