Veteran broker sets break-neck pace for sales.

Bringing a luxury Upper West Side condominium to the market while still under construction, veteran Prudential Douglas Elliman (PDE) broker and Senior Vice President Toni Haber has sold nine of the 12 units at 223 West 80th Street. Using a strong marketing strategy, as well as diagrams, floor plans and renderings, Ms. Haber, who is one of PDE's Top 20 brokers, deftly moved the condominium units within eight weeks.
