VetFran sales surpass 300 mark.

Franchise systems that support America's veterans can tap additional resources in their efforts to offer opportunities to former military personnel. Through an alliance with the Destiny Group, the International Franchise Association has taken an additional step to alert veterans to the opportunities available. The Destiny Group works to give the association's veterans' program, VetFran, increased visibility in a larger military-oriented audience.

The Destiny Group (www.destinygrp.com and www.veteranfrachisechisecenter.com), operator of a network with more than 40 veteran-specific career sites, enables franchisors to take advantage of its outreach capabilities. Franchisors who sign up for VetFran can obtain a list of military leads. Contact Destiny Group Pres. and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Bill Gaul at 619-696-8700 or via e-mail to bgaul@destinygrp.com.

Listed below are over 160 IFA-member companies participating in VetFran. Many provide the details of their "best deal" offered to veterans, which can be viewed at IFA's Web site www.franchise.org. As of Veterans Day, more than 300 franchises have been sold. Companies that are members of the association wishing to join the program may do so by completing the information form there.
