 S.p.A., in response to recent misleading press reports from Australia regarding an entity called "Enterprise Versace," states the following:
- Gianni Versace S.p.A. has no financial or managerial connection to
"Enterprise Versace" and their financial difficulties are in no way connected
to Gianni Versace S.p.A. or any of its affiliated groups.

- The title of this entity, "Enterprise Versace," has not been approved by
Versace S.p.A.


- The Gianni Versace retrospective exhibition now on display in

Sydney is on loan from Versace S.p.A. and is the same exhibition

that has been critically acclaimed ac·claim
