Veronis Suhler Stevenson's (New York) U.K.-based portfolio company, Hemscott Group (London), a provider of financial data and investor relations services, has merged with i-Deal LLC, a provider of information and services for the capital raising and new issues market, including professionals in the global equity, fixed income and municipal markets.

Veronis Suhler Stevenson's (New York) U.K.-based portfolio company, Hemscott Group (London), a provider of financial data and investor relations services, has merged with i-Deal LLC, a provider of information and services for the capital raising and new issues market, including professionals in the global equity, fixed income and municipal markets. The combined new company, renamed Ipreo LLC, will have revenues of approximately $100 million for 2006. Hemscott owns and operates Bigdough, a company that delivers proprietary financial data and business information to financial institutions and web portals throughout the U.S. and U.K. In addition, the newly merged company has acquired Marketpipe (London), a company that designs, licenses and operates advanced applications for the fixed income and financial markets.
