Verizon Wireless Deploys Convergys' Infinys Software to Support Its Rapidly Growing Data Services.

CINCINNATI & BEDMINSTER, N.J. -- Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) and Verizon Wireless today announced the implementation of Convergys' Infinys(TM) rating and billing software.

Verizon Wireless has successfully integrated the Infinys rating and billing software within its systems architecture along with other software modules. These systems are used to support the rapidly growing new wireless data offerings from Verizon Wireless. Convergys and Verizon Wireless personnel implemented the software jointly.
