Veritas Capital Completes DynCorp International Acquisition; Former Computer Sciences Corp. Subsidiary Purchased for $850 Million.

DynCorp International, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. , is a global services company that provides mission critical support primarily to the U.S. government, including the Department of State (DOS) and Department of Defense (DoD). The company employs 14,500 people and operates in over 40 countries. It produced revenues of $1.6 billion for the 12 months ended October 1, 2004.
