Verinform Receives Second Funding Round; Lead equity investor to take board seat.

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2003

Verinform Systems, Inc., announced today that it has received a second round of financing from a group of private investors.

The round, now closed, was lead by HPK HPK Hämeenlinnan Pallokerho (Finnish ice-hockey team)

Center.  Northwestern School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English from Stanford University Stanford University, at Stanford, Calif.; coeducational; chartered 1885, opened 1891 as Leland Stanford Junior Univ. (still the legal name). The original campus was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. David Starr Jordan was its first president. . She is active in community affairs and resides in Portland with her husband and three children.
