) today announced the completion of the merger of their two companies forming a new technology solutions company--Verance Corporation.

This positions Verance Corporation as the leader in the development and implementation of audio watermarking technology solutions focusing on the copyright management, royalty, e-commerce, marketing, information and product distribution needs emerging from the confluence of the entertainment, media and wireless telecommunications industries.

Robert Warren and David Leibowitz will serve jointly as co-CEOs of the new corporation with offices in San Diego, California and Cambridge, Massachusetts. In conjunction with the birth of Verance Corporation a new website http://www.verance.com was announced.

Verance has also established a new board of Directors which includes Messrs. Warren and Leibowitz who are joined by Mr. Harvey White Harvey Talbert White (born March 3, 1938) was an American football quarterback who played for the American Football League's Boston Patriots. See also
