Ventures-National Inc. Announces Contract from Textron Systems; Titan PCB Unit Receives New Contract with First Release of Approximately $250,000.

FREMONT, Calif. -- Ventures-National Inc. DBA Titan General Holdings Inc. ("Titan") (OTCBB:TTGH) announced that its Titan PCB East, Inc. unit ("Titan East") received a major award from Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron company ("Textron") to supply printed circuit boards used in Textron's Sensor Fuzed Weapon ("SFW") program. The SFW, a combat proven, 1000-pound class weapon, is the first smart air-to-surface munitions to enter into production for the U.S. Air Force. Textron provides innovative technology solutions to meet the needs of the global aerospace and defense industries.

In 2004 Titan East qualified for Department of Defense's 31032 Certification. Titan East is focused on developing and supporting recurring programs for US defense and aerospace contractors. Given the complexity and security of such programs, the procurement process is slow but the longevity of such programs is generally of a longer duration.
