The Central Coast Venture Forum (CCVF) today announced that Leo Leo, in astronomy
Leo [Lat.,=the lion], northern constellation lying S of Ursa Major and on the ecliptic (apparent path of the sun through the heavens) between Cancer and Virgo; it is one of the constellations of the zodiac.
 Spiegel, Mission Ventures' General Partner will speak on "What It Takes To Get Funded and Build a Successful Enterprise" at this year's Forum to be held in Santa Barbara at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort on Friday, June 14, at 8:00 a.m.

This year's Forum promises to be a stimulating event, with an impressive list of speakers -- including Mr. Spiegel and Former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan -- as well as 10 carefully selected entrepreneurs who will present their business plans to investors and another 12 entrepreneurs who will participate as exhibitors. More than 250 attendees including entrepreneurs, investors and corporate sponsors are expected at the 2002 Forum.

Prior to joining Mission Ventures, Leo Spiegel was President of Digital Island, Inc., a leading provider of e-business network and content delivery services See CDN. .
