 Manufacturers Association (AAMA AAMA American Association of Medical Assistants. ) today began the Asia-Silicon Valley Capital Highway Conference (AVC '99), its third annual business and technology partnering forum.

AVC '99 kicked off today with Investee Day, a highlight of the event. The first day will be capped by a cocktail reception at the Gerald Cantor Rodin Sculpture Garden, hosted by Stanford University School of Medicine.
