Nino Vendome's career as an area businessman spans well over two decades. He established a restaurant in lower Manhattan in the early 1970's and then began building his real estate portfolio by purchasing the building in which his business was located. Over the years, Nino Vendome has also established additional restaurants in both Manhattan and Queens.

From a single property holding, Nino Vendome continued to increase his real estate portfolio to include multifamily and commercial properties in Midtown mid·town
