VIS has named Don Fowler, a 30-year veteran of the automobile remarketing industry, as executive director of business development. Fowler will be responsible for the development and coordination of new business opportunities while directing the sales and marketing initiatives. In addition, Don assisted Autodaq, an Internet auction provider that merged with Auto Trade Center, and United Road, a vehicle transportation company, as they expanded their respective services to the national remarketing community.
