Rice Recipe Contest

If you're a whiz with rice, consider entering the Lundberg Family Farms Rice Recipe contest. First prize is $400 cash, plus $100 worth of Lundberg merchandise, including their selection of gourmet organic rices. Twelve more prizes will be given out, ranging from $250 in cash to rice cookers.

Entries will be judged on taste, ease of preparation, and creativity. Each recipe must not take more than 45 minutes to prepare, excluding the rice cooking time, and include no more than ten ingredients (not including water, cooking oil, salt, and pepper). Recipes must incorporate one of Lundberg's rice varieties: Golden Rose, Sushi, Brown & White Basmati, Brown Short & Long Grain, White Arborio, White Jasmine, Sweet Brown, Wild Rice, Wehani, and Black Japonica.
