) is pleased to announce the resumption of the exploration works on the Guillet property, in Belleterre. Following very encouraging results from last Fall's drilling program, the company will focus in the coming weeks, on the bulk sampling of the rich LE04-70 zone as well as on zone A and C of the important Lake Expanse gold zone. The company also plans striping Interleaving or multiplexing data to increase speed. See disk striping.

and sampling of the South-East and North-West extensions of the same zones. A drilling program will also follow in order to test the in-depth extensions of these gold zones.

Vantex is also currently negociating an agreement with Mirabel Resources Inc. in order to verify by thermal fragmentation, the gold potential of other secondary gold zones located near the Lake Expanse zone.

The Guillet property is located 5 kilometres East of the town of Belleterre, Temiscamingue, Quebec. Comprised of 95 claims covering an area of 2,800 acres, the Guillet property contains many gold zones namely the Lake Expanse zone, which is being intensively explored since May 2003. Vantex owns 100 % of the Guillet property.

The company is also considering the creation of a partnership of four partners in order to reactivate re·ac·ti·vate

The following estimate represents historical data as defined by National Instrument 43-101, meaning that they were calculated before the creation of National Instrument 43-101. The application of National Instrument 43-101 will serve as a resource evaluation tool. The company does not guarantee in any way to the investor that this property will be put into production.

Historical data

The Heva property is located about 20 kilometres east of the town of Rouyn-Noranda in northwestern Quebec (Abitibi area). It consists of two contiguous lots (24 and 25) of Range VI in the Joannes township totalling 80 hectares.

The property contains the Heva deposit estimated by Claude Larouche, BSc, MSc, Eng (1985 GM-47086), independent consultant for New Goldcore Ventures and Amberquest Resources Ltd., at an undiluted 757,013 tonnes grading 6.77 grams per tonne Au (832,714 short tons at 0.197 ounce per ton Au). These should be classified as drill-indicated resources as they were calculated with an isovalue method. These resources were calculated for the A and A2 veins in the Central block (lots 24 and 25). The estimation for the East and West blocks are not considered.  Investments Inc. in 1984 are not mentioned here as they contain some resources in lots 23 and 26, located outside the limits of the property. Resources in the B, B2 and C are not considered for now. The latest works were completed in 1987 by Louvicourt Mining Management Co. Ltd. (19 holes for 6,782 metres) but it did not recalculate re·cal·cu·late

Ore material previously processed from the Heva mine had demonstrated that this deposit does not have problems related to the presence of arsenopyrite arsenopyrite (är'sĭnōpī`rīt, ärsĕn`ō–) or mispickel (mĭs`pĭkəl), silver-white to steel-gray mineral with the metallic luster characteristic of a pyrite.  and has a gold recovery rate of 97 per cent to 99 per cent by cyanide process cyanide process or cyanidation, method for extracting gold from its ore. The ore is first finely ground and may be concentrated by flotation; if it contains certain impurities, it may be roasted. . In 1952, 35,700 tonnes grading 6.93 grams per tonne (39,270 tons grading 0.22 ounce per tonne Au) had been milled (MRNQ Cogite 32D/02-0020).

Detailed resource estimates and reports on exploration activities (such as drill logs and assays) were filed by the concerned companies and are available at the Ministere des Ressources naturelles du Quebec for consultation.

For now, company's management has to rely on the historical data but Vantex has not done the work necessary to verify the classification of the resource and is not treating them as a National Instrument 43-101 defined resource or reserve verified by a qualified person and these historical estimates should not be relied upon.
